Home And School Association

The Home and School Association (H&S) of the Academy is made up entirely of parents of children currently enrolled in the school and deals with matters directly related to the daily life of our students.  These include hot lunches, holiday treats, outings, and gifts to teachers.

Solomon Schechter Academy actively encourages and welcomes volunteers in the Home and School Association.  Great schools are made up of partnerships among parents, students, and teachers.  We need the active involvement of parents in this partnership.  We need your help whether you can offer an hour or a day, have a special talent or just want to have fun and meet some great people.  You can make a difference.  In addition to volunteer opportunities with the Home and School Association, there are also campus specific volunteer opportunities of which you will be advised during the year by your administration.
